Your choice

We use essential cookies to operate secure enquiry forms and administrator access. Optional source tracking is off unless you accept it. You can reject optional tracking and still use the website and send an enquiry. Accept and reject controls are available together, and your choice can be changed at any time using the preferences below.

Essential session and security cookies

The application session cookie identifies your secure session and supports form validation, request protection, validation messages and authenticated administrator access. Its normal lifetime is two hours of inactivity. The XSRF-TOKEN cookie, when issued, supports protection against forged requests and follows the session lifetime. The iow_preferences cookie records whether you accepted or rejected optional tracking for 180 days. It is needed to respect your choice. These cookies do not send information to an advertising network.

Optional attribution cookie

If you accept source tracking, iow_attribution stores encrypted first-visit and latest qualifying visit information for up to 30 days from its creation. The record contains a source category, campaign labels, a referring hostname, a page path and a timestamp. It does not contain your name or email until separately associated with an enquiry in our secure database. We do not store advertising click identifiers in this cookie. The purpose is to understand which sources lead to roofing enquiries, such as Google search, Google Ads, Facebook links or referrals.

No third-party analytics or advertising cookies

This version of the website does not load Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel, embedded maps, tracking videos or other third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and website images are served by the website itself. Links to external websites only take you there if you choose to follow them; the destination’s own privacy and cookie information then applies. Optional source tracking is first-party enquiry attribution, not cross-site advertising.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Choose “Reject optional tracking” below to withdraw consent and remove the optional attribution cookie. Previously submitted enquiries are not automatically erased by changing a browser preference; contact us if you want that information considered for deletion. If you delete browser cookies, use a different browser or device, or your preference expires, we may ask again. Browser settings can also block cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent forms or administrator sign-in from working.

More information

For the purposes, lawful bases, recipients, retention periods and rights that apply to personal information, see our privacy policy. Contact us through the contact page if you have a question about cookies. This policy is updated when the technologies or their purposes change.
