About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated under the Isle of Wight Roofing name. They explain website use and enquiries; an agreed roofing job is also governed by the written quotation, specification and service terms supplied for that job. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information on the website

We aim to keep service descriptions and guidance accurate and useful. General articles explain considerations for property owners and do not diagnose a particular roof, establish that a structure is safe or replace an assessment of the actual property. Service suitability, materials, access, price and timing are confirmed for each job. Photographs illustrate roofing and roof details; they are not a claim that every pictured property is on the Isle of Wight or a record of a particular completed project unless expressly identified as such.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending the contact form asks us to respond. It does not create a roofing contract, reserve attendance or guarantee a response within a particular period. Provide accurate contact and property information so that we can assess your request. An appointment, price or start date becomes agreed only when confirmed directly. Do not rely on the form for an immediate danger to life or an emergency requiring public emergency services.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit malicious code, deliberately overload the service, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate someone else or send abusive, unlawful or misleading content. Do not try to extract customer information or bypass security controls. Access to the administration area is restricted to authorised administrators. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service and prevent misuse.

The website’s text, branding, layout and images are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view and keep a reasonable personal copy for considering our services.
